One full shift
One app from the first punch to the last car. Here is a shift, start to finish.
06:58
The app knows which lot you're standing in. Pick your position, take the selfie, slide. Outside the area, the clock doesn't start.

Managers write the jobs in the Hub. They land on the lot as ASSIGNED, grouped by car, in-progress first. Anyone punched in at that lot can take one.

Every rental company wants different photos. The camera asks for exactly those slots, and Save stays locked until each one is filled.

A missing tire gets reported from the job itself. The shortage reaches the manager, who approves the order in one tap. The lot keeps moving.

Crew status streams in as it happens: on shift, on break, punched out. Every shift has its route on a map, inside or outside the work area.

Then you punch out. Tracking stops with you.
One app, every role
The same app opens differently for each person: its own color, its own tabs, its own tools.
Punch in at the lot, pick the position, take the job. The camera says which photos the car needs.
Also in the app: director, HR, quartermaster and contractor (EIN) views.

EMPLOYEEUnder the hood
A phone on a lot lives rough: weak signal, apps killed mid-shift, no time to wait. The app is built for that, in-house.
A punch never waits on the network. Selfies queue on the phone and upload when signal comes back, even if the app was closed. Location points wait on the device too.
Crews, shifts and schedules stream in as they change. The roster paints from the phone's cache first, then catches up.
Plates, VINs and barcodes are read on the phone itself, and the selfie camera looks for a face before it shoots. Nothing leaves the device just to be read.
Each company gets its own data, its own brand colors and its own role accents. People move between companies without reinstalling anything.
Photograph the drop sheet and the shift planner reads the demand, balances the peaks and suggests shifts down to fractions of an hour, laid out on a Gantt chart.
The app explains what it collects before the system prompt. Tracking runs only on shift, pauses on breaks and stops at punch-out. Revoke access and the open shift closes cleanly.
Passwords, location, selfies, photos and more, answered in the help center.
